Day #1:

Identify where you're leaking velocity before it reaches the 

arm, and how much 

it's costing 

you.


We'll start by getting to know your son - how he moves, how he thinks, how he talks and what's he's been told.  

 

Then we'll audit his current drills which will no doubt include 

  1. pivot picks, 
  2. ten toes, 
  3. rockers, and 
  4. roll-ins.

 

After that...

 

We check for other velocity leaks, starting with his vision, foot and hip structure by taking  him through a full Movement Maze Assessment.

 

He'll get a 4-angle video breakdown and an introduction to our 4-Step FEEL System...

 

That's the system that teaches him the simplest way possible to connect the dots and know how he did, what he did.  

 

That's the essence of what it really

Velocity Leak Analysis: 

1. Can he throw harder?  Where is he leaking velocity?  (Eyes? Feet? Set-up? First move?)

 

2. How many MPH's is he losing before it reaches his arm?  (Every velo leak happens before you land, not after.)

 
3. Why he throws harder off flat ground? (Because he's training like a javelin thrower.)
 
4. How come smaller kids and kids with worse mechanics throw harder than him?  
 
5. He's gotten stronger and worked hader but it hasn't increased his velo.  (It's the same reason smaller guys throw harder.)


Movement Maze Assessment

6. We teach the body to move efficiently—so the arm becomes the result, not the source. (The safest way to build velocity is by taking the arm out of the driver’s seat.)

 

7. You’ll know if the way he’s moving is helping his arm—or putting it at risk. (And you’ll have a plan to fix it before it turns into a bigger problem.)

 
8. He’ll learn how to move in a way that takes pressure off his arm—without losing velocity.  (Because throwing hard shouldn’t mean throwing scared.)

Day 2 is all about learning to feel how to actually use your lower half — and finally figure out what works for you. This is where we bring parents into the process and walk you both through our FEEL System, using just four simple questions that make pitching feel like Fortnite.

 

Why? Because it’s easy to understand, removes the tech talk, and puts everything into your son’s own words — so he can actually own it.

 

You’ll learn how to use the mound to improve sequencing, and how to customize your Core Velocity Belt training without having to guess.

You'll find out why your velocity's been stuck and why sequencing trumps strength when it comes to throwing harder and staying healthy.

  • You'll finally understand why smaller kids can throw harder even though they're not as strong as your son.  (It's sequencing that's the secret.)

You and your dad will sit down with our staff and start putting your plan together — choosing the drills, feel checkpoints, and exercises that have worked best for you so far.

You’ll start journaling, detailing, and building your own system — with our help — so you can coach yourself long after camp is over.

 

Once your plan is locked in, we’ll shift into pitch development:

FAQ: 

What time will we begin on the first night and what time will we be out on the last day?

We begin the first night at 6 pm to avoid an extra night's cost in the hotel.  We don't set time limits on the sessions and we will go until we get what we need done.  Typically, each session lasts anywhere from 3.5-5 hours.  The final day we will begin at 8am and be finished by noon which gives you time to catch flights for 2 pm in Nashville.

Will you supply the Belts if we don't have one and can we buy one at camp?

Yes you can purchase one at camp at a steep discount and I will provide them at camp as well. If you have one already, bring it.  If not, I'll have one for you.

What's the follow-up like for this program? Will he have a program and can we call you if we have questions? 

Yes, both!   I always tell people this. You'd pay $500 a month to train remotely with me.  I'm giving you 6 months of personalized coaching for free following the camp.
